Jiban Bima gets new chairman

Shelina Afroza has recently joined Jiban Bima Corporation as chairman.

She has previously served the fisheries and livestock ministry as secretary and the National Institute of Population Research and Training as director general, Jiban Bima said in a statement yesterday.

Afroza completed her PhD in public administration from the University of Karachi, MPhil from the University of Calcutta and master's in history from Dhaka University.
