Most Chittagong shares fall at open

Most of the shares traded on the Chittagong Stock Exchange today lost.

The CASPI, the broad index, stood at 18,659 at 12:00pm, a fall of 38.69 points, or 0.21 per cent. 

Of the 195 securities traded, 51 were up, 101 down and 43 did not see any price change.  

Turnover, an important indicator of the market, was Tk 11.7 crore.
