DSE trading flat, CSE up in first half

The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) was almost flat in the morning trade today.

The DSEX, the benchmark index of the top bourse in Bangladesh, inched up 0.06 point, or 0.01 per cent, to 6,263 at 11:25 am.

Turnover stood at Tk 326 crore.

Of the securities, 77 advanced, 56 declined and 150 remained unchanged.

The Caspi, the all-share price index of the Chittagong Stock Exchange, rose 34 points, or 0.01 per cent, to 18,486.

Of the issues, 39 rose, 21 retreated, and 39 saw no price movement.

Turnover of the port city bourse stood at Tk 2.9 crore at 11:30 am.
