bti offers shop space on Premier Plaza

Ready shops starting from Tk 10 lakh will be offered by the building technology and ideas ltd (bti) during a four-day Premier Plaza Mega Sale beginning January 10 at Premier Plaza in the capital's Progoti Shoroni from 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Gift vouchers of up to Tk 1 lakh and up to Tk 2 lakh in discounts or gift vouchers for referral purchase will also be offered.

Premier Plaza offers shop space from 50 to 1,508 sft. Apart from being fully air conditioned, the commercial space includes dedicated zones for cosmetics, jewellery, clothing, mobile, electronics, home décor and appliances, food courts etc.

The offers are part of bti's month-long special campaign, “Joyous January”, arranged in Dhaka and Chittagong to facilitate purchase of both commercial and residential properties.
