People's love and respect is our strength: Police Headquarters

Police headquarters today said that the general people's respect and love is the police force's strength and their attitude to serve people with dedication would continue during the coronavirus crisis.

"Every member of the police force are now beside the people of the country. They are standing beside the common people going beyond their normal responsibilities and duties. For this reason, people are showing utmost respect and love to the police force. We can see it going through mass media and social media," said Sohel Rana, assistant inspector general (Media) of Police Headquarters.

"We think people's respect and love is our strength. All the police force members are being encouraged by love and respect will serve people. We want to say clearly that the attitude of service to the people will continue," he said in a video statement to media.
