Sushma Swaraj to attend OIC meet

India yesterday announced its External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj will attend the inaugural plenary session of the 46th session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to be held in Abu Dhabi on March 1-2. India is not a member of the OIC despite having much larger Muslim population than many OIC member-countries. Swaraj will address the inaugural plenary, the Indian External Affairs Ministry said in a statement.
