Special play “Tomar Bhoy Nei Ma” on Banglavision

Marking Independence Day, Banglavision will air a special single-episode play “Tomar Bhoy Nei Ma” tonight at 9:05pm. Written by Haider Anwar Khan and directed by Saidur Rahman Russel, it casts Rawnak Hasan, Sabnam Faria, Rashed Mamun and others.

The story revolves around Nazrul, a Freedom Fighter, whose life a university student is trying to make a documentary on. Nazrul recounts the events of his struggles during the 1971 War, how his lover was taken away from him, and how he came back from the dead.
