The plot revolves around a household going through pre-wedding jitters as they prepare for the nuptials taking place two days later. The bride's father, Hasan, receives an unwelcome phone call from his cousin Kona Reza currently living in the US, who requests the wedding be delayed so she can attend in person. After her demands are refused, things take on a dreaded turn for Hasan as Kona suddenly shows up, revealing that she has been ill, with not much time to live. The narrative takes on more unexpected turns as the story unfolds.
