Putul dolls up for her wedding

Sajia Sultana Putul first came to the limelight as a singer in the reality television programme, Close Up- 1 :Tomakei Khujchhey Bangladesh. Since then, the talented singer has won the hearts of many with her melodious voice, as well as her prowess in anchoring. Today, Putul will get married to Nurul Islam, as she embarks on a new journey in her life.

Nurul Islam 's hometown is in Raiganj, Sylhet. He is living and working in Canada at the moment. “He is a wonderful human being,” says Putul, “I feel blessed to have him as my life partner.” On March 14, Putul was engaged to Nurul Islam at her residence in Dhanmondi. Today, the couple will tie the knot at a community centre in the capital.

The couple has asked for everyone's blessings on this auspicious day.
