Mehazabien turns another year

She turned heads during her debut at Lux-Channel i Superstar, which set her on a path towards the world of acting. Today Mehazabien is a familiar face on the small screen, but the actor has cleared off her schedule today for a very special occasion. On her birthday today, Mehazabien shared that she will not be on the filming sets until April 22, in order to spend time with her family.

“I'd like to spend the occasion doing what makes me happy,” she said in a conversation with The Daily Star. True to her word, the star has turned down offers for live shows and other programmes, and has decided to carve out time for friends.

Throughout the year, Mehzabien has been mostly busy with single episode plays and telefilms, but she has been known to model too at times. “For the time being I have chosen not to work in drama series,” she says. “I prefer to place focus on single episode plays now.”

After her brief respite, the actor will resume shooting for new plays. A schedule has already been drawn up, and Eid venture schedules have already been made.

Adoring fans have already started to pour in their love and adulations for Mehazabien, who says she humbly appreciates their attention. “It is only because of my work that I am known to people, and I am grateful for their support.”

About her birthdays spent in childhood, the actor says, “Those years were only about having fun with loved ones. They are memories of a distant past I miss dearly today.”
