Liberation War-based series “Bijoy” on ATN Bangla

“Bijoy”, a special TV series capturing the spirit of the Liberation War will air tonight at 11pm on ATN Bangla. Written and directed by Sayeed Tareq, it casts Mahmud Sajjad, Khairul Bashar, Shahiduzzaman Selim, Shahriar Nazim Joy, Chandni, Jyotika Jyoti, Tania Hossain, Ahsan Habib Nasim, Shams Suman, Sushama Sarkar and others.

Bijoy is the story of a Freedom Fighter who was captured and tortured by the Pakistani Army during the Liberation War and lost his memory. He regains his memory in an accident thirty years later, but his homeland has changed a great deal in that time.
