Lavlu busy with “Kopale Jodi Haar Thake”

Popular television director Salauddin Lavlu is directing a six-episode television serial for Eid. Written by Brindaban Das, the play titled “Kopale Jodi Haar Thake”, is currently being shot in Pubail near the capital.

The serial, set in a village, revolves around the meat of dumba (sheep) which is coming from Saudi Arabia. One day villagers hear that dumba's meat is coming from abroad, and they become excited surrounding the distribution of that meat. They start thinking about recipes of dumba meat.

Salauddin Lavlun said, “It is basically a comedy serial. I hope it will entertain the audience during the Eid holidays.”

Chanchal Chowdhury said, “There's always a surprise when Brindaban Das and Salauddin Lavlu work together. The serial will be a delight this Eid.”

The serial casts Brindaban Das, Chanchal Chowdhury, Shahnaz Khushi, Shirin Alam, Prosun Azad, Camellia, AKM Hasan and others.

The serial will go on air on Rtv.
