“Kagojer Phool” on ntv

TV series “Kagojer Phool” airs at 9:45pm on ntv tonight. Written by Maruf Rehman and directed by Nayeem Imtiaz Neamul, the series stars Fazlur Rahman Babu, Lutfur Rahman George, Saberi Alam, FS Nayeem, Sohana Saba, Shilpi Sarkar Opu, Sazu Khadem, Noresh Bhuiyan, Ashraful Ashish and others.

The plot of the series revolves around Shafiq, whose father was a Freedom Fighter. After the war, Shafiq's father had isolated himself from everyone. Shafiq lost his father when he was just fifteen years old, and since then has had to take the responsibilities of his family--his mother, and younger brother Shahin. However an air of discomfort surrounds their home as his younger brother gets married before him. When Shafiq, upon the suggestion a doctor, also a Freedom Fighter, leaves his family in the city and moves to the village, his new story begins.
