Salman Khan files defamation suit against critic who reviewed “Radhe”

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has filed a defamation suit against critic Kamaal R Khan for his negative review on his latest film "Radhe:Your Most Wanted Bhai", as confirmed by the critic on Twitter.

Kamaal believes that the action is a reflection of Khan's disappointment at the film's box office performance, resulting in increased security.

"I said so many times that I never review film of any producer or actor if he asks me not to…" says the critic, who mentioned that he will no longer review Salman's films.

However, the legal team of 'bhai' has declared that the suit was filed not for the review, but for the defamatory statements made by the controversial critic, according to Indian news sources.

Salman's advocates claim that the case was filed in connection with KRK's allegation of corruption and money laundering against him.

"Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai" released on May 13 on streaming platform Zee5. The audience also had the option to watch it as 'pay-per-view' on various network operators.
