Music Of Bengal presents Kamal Ahmed and Rumana Islam`s ‘Rongin Shondhya’

Welcoming the New Year, noted singers Kamal Ahmed and Rumana Islam released  the music video of their duet, "Rongin Shondhya", under the banner of Music of Bengal. It was released on January 1, 2021. The lyricist of the song is Jahangir Rana. The music direction and composition is done by Anisur Rahman Tonu.  Jamiur Rahman Lemon is the director and photographer.

The song "Rongin Shondhya" is from Kamal Ahmed's album, "Neel Shomudra". Other songs in the album include "Jodi Pashe Na Thako, "Eai Raat Eai Jochhona" and "Duti Mon Kachhe Ashe" among others.

Munshi Wadud, Jahangir Rana, Ferdous Hossain Vuiyan Sumona Haque, Nazrun Islam Babu, Safat Khayam and Achinto Kuma Vowmik have written songs for the album. Biswazit Sarkar, Anisur Rahman Tulu, Naquib Khan, Foad Nasser Babu, Sheikh Sadi Khan, Ashok Pal, Ibn Rajon, Alauddin Ahmed, Farid Ahmed and Champa Banik have composed songs for the project. Samina Chowdhury, Elita Karim, Haymonti Rakshit Das and Yeasmin Mushtari among others have collaborated with Kamal Ahmed in the album.
