James performs at IUB’s Club Carnival 2019

Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) celebrated Club Carnival, an annual three-day festival, at their campus in Bashundhara. Professor Milan Pagon, Acting Vice Chancellor of IUB, inaugurated the festival on October 23. Musical legend James performed at IUB’s amphitheatre on the concluding day.

The audience cheered for and sang along with James as he performed Bijli, Sultana Bibiana, Pagla Hawa and many of his other hits. The event also featured musical performances by IUB students.

A total of 36 student clubs of IUB, including  Art Club, Book Club, Cricket Club, Debate Club, Environment Club, Film Club, Football Club, IEEE, IAC, Green Planet, Music Club, Photography Club, Table Tennis Club and Theatre Club participated at the carnival. The Division of Student Affairs at IUB organised the event.
