Bappy’s ‘Paglami’ creates craze

Bappy Chowdhury’s latest movie, Paglami, is faring well at the box office. The film, which released last Friday, is running in 36 theatres in Dhaka. Bappy has paired up with Kolkata star Sraboni Roy in this film. The actor is very excited to see the positive response from the audience. “Kamal Sarkar is a good filmmaker, and I feel that Paglami will mark a great comeback for me,” says Bappy.

The ‘Sultan’ of Dhalywood is currently busy with the  shooting of Dipankar Dipon’s Dhaka 2040, starring Nusrat Imrose Tisha and Nusraat Faria. His film, Shoshur Bari Zindabad 2, opposite Apu Biswas, will hit theatres soon. The film is directed by Debasish Biswas.
