Bangla Nattya Utshab underway

Marking their 36th anniversary, popular theatre troupe Mohakal Nattya Smpraday has organised Bangla Nattya Utshab 2019. The ten-day festival is currently underway, and is associated with the Ministry of Cultural Affairs and Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy (BSA), along with Bangladesh Tourism Board and Sabuj Chhaya.

A total of 26 troupes from Bangladesh and five troupes from India will present their productions in the event. The plays will be staged at the National Theatre Hall and Experimental Theatre Hall of BSA, Dr Nilima Ibrahim Auditorium, Bangladesh Mahila Samity and Dania Studio Theatre Hall, Dania. The festival will conclude on October 30.
