Arun Alor Anjali: Celebrating 20 years of Adity Mohsin’s musical life

In celebration of eminent Rabindra Sangeet singer Adity Mohsin’s illustrious twenty-year career in music, a programme, titiled Arun Alor Anjali, will be held on December 6 at the Krishibid Institution Auditorium, in Dhaka. The President of the celebration committee is renowned theatre personality Ramendu Majumdar. Other honourable members of the committee are Anisul Haque, Abdul Hai Sarker, Engineer Rabiul Alam, M Hamid, Mamunur Rashid,  Muhammad A (Rumi) Ali,  Luva Nahid Choudhury, Sitangshu Kumar Sur Chowdhury,  Sadya Afreen Mallick, Syed Mahbubur Rahman and Hashem Khan.

 A press conference about the celebration programme was held at the Tawfiq Aziz Khan Seminar Hall, The Daily Star Centre, yesterday. Syed Apon Ahsan, Coordinator, and Sadya Afreen Mallick, honourable member of the celebration committee, were present at the conference.

Honourable Prime Minister’s Political Adviser H T Imam is slated to attend the programme on December 6 as the chief guest. Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh Riva Ganguly Das and distinguished cultural personality Asaduzzaman Noor, MP, will be present as the special guests. Ramendu Majumdar will preside over the programme, where Mohsin will perform her favourite songs.
