Gulshan Habib Razib releases song on Ekushey February with Humaira and Raja Bashir

The song, "Bangla Amar Bhasha, Bangla Maayer Bhasha", accompanied by a music video, was released on the occasion of International Mother Language Day (February 21). The song is written by Gulshan Habib Razib and voiced by Humaira Bashir, while Raja Bashir is behind the music direction and arrangement.

The music video of "Bangla Amar Bhasha, Bangla Maayer Bhasha" was shot in Bangladesh and Australia.

Gulshan Habib Razib was inspired to write the song after reading a book by Ahmed Rafiq about the Language Movement of 1952.

"We tell the stories of five Language Martyrs in this song. It sheds light on the horrific incidents of 1952, including the death of Language Martyr Rafiq Uddin Ahmed. The significance of the Language Movement in our history should never be forgotten," shared Gulshan Habib Razib.
