Book fair concludes at Gafargoan

A five-day book fair at Gafargoan Upazila Parishad premises of Mymensingh concluded today.

Twenty-six stalls were set up at the fair, organised by Gafargoan Press Club.

Madina Publications, Quantum Foundation, Mukto Payra Khelaghar Ashor and Railway Book Stall supported the fair. 

Fahmi Golandaj Babel, MP, inaugurated the event as chief guest chaired by Press Club president Abdullah Al Amin Biplob.

Marking the inaugural session, a discussion was held at Language Martyr Abdul Jabber Mancha.

A cultural function too was held, where artistes of Gafargoan Shilpakala Academy performed.
