Multilingual Indian actress Shruti Haasan practices yoga and also goes to the gym, but it is dance that she loves the most to keep herself fit. “I love to dance and end up exercising while dancing. I am trying to get into yoga as well as I believe it's great for the body and the mind. I also work out regularly,” Shruti told a news agency recently when asked about how she remains healthy.
