Frequently caught in emotional dilemmas, Quazi Nawshaba Ahmed claims herself to be an emotional fool. She is an actor, voice artist and art director. She is known for her work in ‘Udhao’, ‘Dhaka Attack’ and ‘Bhuban Majhi’ and currently starring in ‘Shaat Bhai Champa’. Nawshaba spares a minute from her schedule to speak to The Daily Star.

Given a chance, would you like to go back in past or move forward towards the future?

I am very nostalgic. I do not easily forget things but I am also a fighter. I would like to move towards the future with the memories I have created all these years.

Cats or dogs?

Dogs, of course.

Ocean or mountain?

Mountains.

What is the one flaw that you see in yourself?

In this world of digital age, I am digitally handicapped. I am old-school and prefer hand-written letters over technology.

Name a colour that describes you the best

I am a very emotional person. I care about the people around me and anyone can make me believe anything easily. Hence, I would choose white, which I believe can soak all the colours in it.

Any favourite character that you wish you could play on screen?

I am very greedy when it comes to work. I have a lot of characters in mind but, if I had to pick one, I would choose any character by Audrey Hepburn.
