Pahela Falgun: Spring in the air for Moushumi and Shoyeb

Popular faces on the small screen Moushumi Nag and Shoyeb fell in love on the sets and took their romance to the next level by getting married. In a recent conversation, the talented actors spoke about what Pahela Falgun (the first day of the Bengali month Falgun) and Valentine's Day means to them:

Do you share in the general excitement about Pahela Falgun?

Shoyeb: Pahela Falgun is very special to me. I'm very cheerful around this time because nature wears a whole new look.

Moushumi Nag: I totally agree. Boshonto or spring is cause for much celebration.

What about your attire for the day?

Shoyeb: Youngsters love taking on a new look that day. Women wear yellow saris. Like most men I will wear a Punjabi.

Moushumi Nag: I usually wear yellow and complete the look with flowers.

What are your Falgun plans?

Shoyeb: There will be no shooting so the celebratory mood takes over.

Moushumi Nag: Start the day with a song: “Aha aji e Bosonto”.

What's your definition of love?

Shoyeb: Love means responsibility, trust and dependency.

Moushumi Nag: It means trust, honesty, respect, friendship and dependency.

Any memorable moments in your lives together……

Shoyeb: Once we visited Sylhet and had great fun. I feel nostalgic about that trip even today.

Moushumi Nag: Soon after marriage, we travelled to Sri Lanka. That tour remains in my mind.
