Jewel Aich set to enthrall Australia

Jewel Aich is one of the most renowned practitioners of magic in Bangladesh. In addition to his national fame, the celebrity has held audiences spellbound across international waters. Every year the magician performs shows abroad.

On October 17, the magician left for Australia to perform in a number of shows. On October 23 and November 5, he will be seen performing illusions at Sydney's Orion Theatre. On October 29, Jewel Aich will be entertaining the audiences of Canberra at Bergman Theatre.

The programmes have been organised by the Australia-based expat Bangladeshis' cultural organisation Ekushey Academy. Regarding his shows, Jewel Aich said, “Every time I perform abroad, I add never-seen-before performances to my repertoire. This year, I will be performing illusions that I have not attempted before.”

He also added, “Whenever performing abroad, I try to express my country's heritage through my shows.”

The celebrity also explained his affinity for other activities outside his performances, “Whenever I travel abroad and manage some free time, I always go on a book hunt to search for much-coveted titles. I never return from a trip without new books.”
