Government grants given to eight films

For the year 2018-2019, Government grants are given to six films and two documentaries. The six films to win the grants are – Kabori Sarwar’s Ei Tumi Shei Tumi, Mir Sabbir’s Raat Jaga Phul, Hridi Huq’s 1971 Shei Shob Din Akram Khan’s Bidhobader Kotha, Hossain Mobarak Rumi’s Antostikria and Abu Raihan M Jewel’s Nasu Dakat Kupokat. Humaira Bilkis’s Bilkis Ebang Bilkis and Purabi Matin’s Khelaghar have won grants in the documentary category.
