The Evergreen Farooki!

“The feeling of suspense one goes through while watching El Clásico, is exactly what I felt on my birthday!” expresses celebrated film director Mostofa Sarwar Farooki, while talking about the annual surprise party that Tisha tries to organise. Yesterday, the director visited his mother's grave on the occasion of Shab-e-Barat which coincided with his birthday.

To make the event all the more exciting and fun-filled, the Chabial team gathered to celebrate.

Mostofa Sarwar Farooki's upcoming work “Saturday Afternoon” is in the post-production phase. The director mentioned that the work will be done in Berlin, Germany. The film is expected to release this year.

Farooki, who usually spends his free time playing chess, carom and cards with his friends, is currently enjoying the monsoon and thinking about his film and life. The DS team would like to wish him a belated happy birthday!
