Films to premiere on Channel i

This Eid, Channel i will have the world television premiere of six films.

On Eid, Kaaler Putul, directed by Aka Reza Ghalib will be shown at 2.30 pm -- starring Ferdous, Bithi Rani Sarkar and other prominent artistes.

Dulabhai Jindabaad, directed by Montazur Rahman Akbar, starring Bidya Sinha Saha Mim, Mousumi, Bappi, Dipjol and others will be aired at 10.15 am on day 2.

The next day, Altabanu, directed by Arun Chowdhury and based on  Faridur Reza Sagar's story, will be aired at 10.15 am. Directed for the first time by Chowdhury, the film stars Zakia Bari Mamo, Anisur Rahman Milon, Raisul Islam Asad, Mamunur Rashid, Dilara Zaman, Saberi Alam and others.

Bhalo Theko, directed by Zakir Hossain Raju, starring Arifin Shuvo, Tahna and Kazi Hayat will be aired at 10.15 am on day 4.

On day 5 of the celebrations, Akram Khan's film Khaancha will be aired at 10.15 am, starring Jaya Ahsan, Azad AbulKalam, Chandni, Mumunur Rashidand Rani Sarker.

On the last day, Chitkini, directed by Shajel Awwal, will be aired at 10.15 am, starring Rana Khan, Manosh Bandyopadhyay, Bhaskar Bandyopadhyay and others.
