‘Protishodh’, ‘Agontuk’ and ‘Shaheb Bibi’ win Grameenphone’s ‘Reel Hunt’

Winners of Reel Hunt, the first ever short film festivalby Grameenphone, were announced and awarded in a gala event at GP House on May 2, 2019. Among the competing teams, ‘Noa- The Sky of Hope’ won the first place by the film titled Protishodh. The second and third prize went to Agontuk by ‘3 Films’ team and Shaheb Bibi by ‘Ongkur Creation’ team respectively.   

Information Minister Dr Muhammad Hasan Mahmud MP was present as the chief guest at the event. Renowned media personalities Iresh Zaker and Ashfaque Nipun were also present at the event.

Reel Hunt is a Whiteboard initiative to support the potential film makers to showcase their talents and develop their skills with the mentorship and training from the finest film makers of Bangladesh. It is a composite journey for aspiring film makers starting from training, mentoring, grooming and offering them the platform to showcase their talents in national platforms.
