“SWEET TASTE OF LIBERTY” opens at Athena Gallery

Group art exhibition “The Sweet Taste of Liberty” is currently on at the Athena Gallery of Fine Arts in the capital.

Cultural Affairs Minister Asaduzzaman Noor inaugurated the exhibit on March 28, while architect Rabiul Hossain attended the opening ceremony as guest of honor.

This exhibition, featuring 12 eminent artists, features a collection of heritage and tradition which gives the visitors an essence of our culture and liberation.

The artists expressed their thoughts on the canvas using various media of expression. 

The featured artists are - Abu Taher, Samarjit Roy Choudhury, Mohammed Mohsin, Sayed Enayet Hossain, Anwarul Huq, Rajaul Karim, Biren Shome, EHM Matlub Ali, Swapan Chowdhury, Abdus Shakoor Shah, Chandra Shekhar Dey and Rafi Haque.

The exhibition runs Tuesday to Sunday from 10am-8pm till April 20.
