'I am Rohingya' wins IPA Discovery of the Year Award 2018

Bangladeshi photographer Mohammad Rakibul Hasan's 'I am Rohingya' series has won the International Photography Awards' Discovery of the Year Award 2018 in the 'Deeper Perspective' category.

The series portrays the harrowing conditions that the Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh are currently living in, and the series caused quite a stir in the international photography community.

Mohammad Rakibul Hasan is a documentary photographer and visual artist, currently pursuing his MA in Photography at Falmouth University in the United Kingdom.
