As she has been a part of numerous hit films in the span of her career, Aruna Biswas is a celebrated name in the world of cinema. Now, the actor is busy working in different television projects. She has turned to directing as well.

Today marks the birthday of this talented artiste. Opening up about her plans for the big day, Aruna says, “My son and I have our birthdays in the same month. He will travel back to Canada soon. So, we will cut a cake together.” She wants to keep her birthday a low-key affair, and spend a cosy evening with her friends and close ones at home.

In the upcoming Eid, the audience can catch her in Samoyta Amader, a six-episode television series directed by Mohan Khan.
