Shah Rukh Khan invited to deliver a speech at Oxford University

As Shah Rukh Khan's recent release 'Dear Zindagi' enjoys a dream run at the box-office, the superstar has added another feather to his cap. SRK has been invited by the Principal of Oxford University, Alan Rusbridger, to deliver a speech at the Lady Margaret Hall in Oxford. Rusbridger invited SRK to Oxford via a tweet. The actor's response to the honour is awaited.

In the past too, Shah Rukh has delivered motivational speeches on various platforms across the world. While SRK was awarded the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (Order of the Arts and Literature) by the French government, he received the honorary doctorate in arts and culture by the University of Bedfordshire. He was the first Bollywood celebrity to be honoured with Chubb fellowship at Yale University and was also the recipient of honorary doctorate from the University of Edinburgh for philanthropy, altruism and humanitarianism.
