Deepika plays Big B's perfect daughter

Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan are bonding on the sets of their upcoming film, “Piku”. The photos Amitabh Bacchan posted on his blog show the two share lovely father-daughter moments on the film's set, which is currently being shot in Kolkata.

“Piku” director Shoojit Sircar believes he couldn't have found anyone better than Deepika Padukone to play Amitabh Bachchan's daughter in the film. A quirky, comic father-daughter story, the film derives its title from Satyajit Ray's short film “Pikoo's Diary” and stars Irrfan Khan apart from Dippy and Big B.

The film will release in April.
