This year, Bangladeshi artist Fahmida Khatun participated at the event. She was also invited to showcase a demo painting and showed wash techniques on canvas using acrylic and created texture with salt. Her work titled, Image of Life, presented her own vision of observing human life and nature. Her floral and nature motifs with her brilliant application of pigments represent how closely human feelings and nature correspond. The artist displayed four acrylic paintings, 38 watercolour paintings and 45 miniature paintings at her own booth. Six other Bangladeshi artists also participated with their respective works at the fair.
