MCC Ltd, a high-flying app developer has launched a app that includes a full calendar for the month of Ramadan, with the facility to set alarms for Sehri and Iftar. There is an in-built compass to help find the Kebla direction. The rules and prayers for Tarabi namaz are included, as is an e-Tasbih for use.
The app stores some great recitations: one can listen to the melodic voice of the famous Kuwaiti Qari Sheikh Mishary Bin Rashid Alafasy recite the Quran with perfect enunciation. In addition to that every sura is provided in Arabic and in Bangla. Various general information about suras i.e. number of ayat, the number of times to do sizda, where to alight etc are mentioned in this app. One can also download the PDF of the Quran for complete perusal later. As part of the Live Quran, one can listen to recitations with Bangla and English translations, the Hadith and HamdNaat and much more.
