Alauddin Ali on life support

National Award winning music director and composer Alauddin Ali has been put on life support at the capital's Universal Medical College Hospital.

His daughter, singer and anchor Alif Alauddin, has confirmed the news with The Daily Star. She also informed that he was at home when his condition deteriorated, after which he was immediately admitted. At the moment, he is now under ventilation in critical condition.
