50 hurt in Savar bus-truck collision

At least 50 people, including some Dhaka University students, were injured as a picnic bus collided head on with a truck at Ashulia on Dhaka-Aricha highway on Friday morning.
The Mankganj-bound double-decker bus collided head-on with the goods-laden truck around 11 am, leaving 50 picnickers injured, said Badrul Alam, officer-in-charge of Ashulia Police Station.
Among the injured, 28 people were rushed to Enam Medical College Hospital.
