Three J&K terrorists killed: India police

A commander of the Hizbul Mujahideen was among 3 people killed in Indian Kashmir yesterday, police officials said, as security forces step up a clampdown in the disputed region. They were killed in separate operations. India has bolstered counter-insurgency efforts in the restive territory, with nearly 40 separatist militants killed this month.
