Man drops luxury car at customs after failing to pay tax

Sylhet customs officials find a Lexus luxury car abandoned outside their office. The car carries a letter, apparently from the owner who chose to remain anonymous, that says the vehicle has been surrendered to the tax collectors out of respect for the law.
