Road crashes kill four, injure three
Countrywide road accidents killed four people and injured three others yesterday.
Our Munshiganj correspondent reports, Abul Kashem, 40, of Badhrapara village died and two people were injured when a truck rammed into a rickshaw in Tongibari upazila.
Our Bogra correspondent reports, Naznin Akhtar, 8, daughter of Javed Ali of Baropur Moddayapara died and her sister was injured when a microbus hit them while they were crossing Rangpur-Dhaka highway in Noadapara area of in Bogra town.
Meanwhile, Krisno Komol, 42, of Rangpur died when a truck hit him on the highway in Palsha area.
Komol was the coordinator of Bangladesh Shomajtantrik Dal Convention Committee of Bogra-unit and an accounting lecturer of Joypurhat Mahila College
A correspondent from Chittagong adds Md Helal, 30, of Bhola died when a truck hit him while he was repairing his truck on Chittagong-Dhaka Highway in Shitalpur under Sitakunda Police Station.
