Raise awareness about AIDS

Creating mass awareness is a must to prevent HIV/AIDS, Shipping Minister Shajahan Khan said at a roundtable yesterday.
He called upon different government and private organisations working on HIV/AIDS to launch massive campaigns to this end.
The minister made the remarks while speaking as the chief guest at a roundtable on 'Function of garments workers to prevent HIV/AIDS' organised by the Bangladesh Labour Welfare Foundation at the BIAM Foundation auditorium in the city.
