The Scissor's Edge

Holy Grail of All Things Style

The nape undercut is the latest trend that we cannot seem to have too much of. Summer, winter, spring or autumn – whatever the season, this new trend gives the ladies serious fit-girl benefits.

Just imagine a bad hair day at college; the easiest way to escape such a situation is to tie your hair in a top knot. That was no secret! But what happens when there are annoying flyaways and you are actually having a bad hair day with the topknot? This is exactly, when the super edgy and less-committed nape undercuts come to the rescue.

With uber-cool designs like triangles, crisscross, star and the V-shape, you can shave the underside of your hair and sport the designs as if it were a new tattoo.

Now, if you are in your 30s and already a mid-level manager at a reputable company and wondering why you were not convinced much earlier, so you could sport these styles with grandiosity. Calm down for a moment — these hairstyles can even be sported by you lot because you can simply let down your hair whenever you want and no one in the world would know, except your yoga instructor and friends you party with!

We think it is about time you gave up following the Kardashians and instead concentrated more on real people with better taste on Instagram. Having said that, we are surely referring to women sporting the super trendy and chic undercuts at the moment.

Still scared, unsure and intrigued? Well, please do check-out #napecut on various social media outlets to calm your nerves. Once you hit the goldmine, we are pretty sure you would gather enough courage to be the first to sport the latest trend.
