BEEF SHISH KEBAB
Time: 8-10 minutes
Ingredients:
500g boneless beef rump, available at Bengal meat butcher shop
50g chilli BBQ seasoning , available at Bengal meat
butcher shop
6-7 pieces kebab stick
2 tbsp cooking oil for pan fry
Method:
Rump is a special primal cut from the back leg of the cow. It is lean, tender and very juicy. Chop the rump into little 15g cubes. Marinade by Chilli BBQ seasoning, which should give the meat a chilli smoky flavour. Put them on kebab stick for grill or pan fry.
CHICKEN SHISH KEBAB
Ingredients:
500g chicken keema
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp onion paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1/5 cup coriander, chopped
4 piece green chilli, chopped
5 leaves mint, chopped
1 tsp sugar
½ cup fried onions
1 egg
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Salt to taste
Cooking Instruction :
Mix everything together and roll it into cylindrical shapes or round flat shapes. Pan fry or grill for 8-10 minutes in medium heat.
RIB LOIN CHOP
Time: 8-10 minutes.
500g mutton/farm lamb chops, available at Bengal Meat butcher shop
50 grams rosemary and mint seasoning, available at Bengal Meat butcher shop
Method:
Pan fry using 2 tbsp cooking oil. Serve with chopped onions, fresh coriander and grilled tomatoes.
