How to file a Complaint to the NHRC?
The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), Bangladesh is empowered to investigate allegations of human rights violation suo moto or on the basis of complaints filed to the Commission under Section 12(a) of The National Human Rights Commission Act, 2009. Here is a form of Complaint to file an allegation of human rights violation to the NHRC:
