Koral Klauset
Building on a sophisticated mix of Bangladeshi, Indian and Pakistani fashion, Koral Klauset brings you an exclusive collection of party, bridal and daily wear.
You can find saris, shalwar kameez sets, jumpsuits, shirts and long coats in their collection. Started by Rupo Shams and Samira Ijlal in June 2012, Koral Klauset promises elegant outfits with elaborate handiwork for women who want to stand out wherever they go.
Koral Klauset's Autumn and Winter collection is titled “The Vintage Affair”, consisting of unique cape coats with straight kameez inners that have a matte finish and cigarette pants. Materials used are velvet, screen printed viscose, muslin and silk. Shalwar kameez sets also feature embroidery as well as lace work. The designers use gara embroidery, zardosi, katha stich, and pearl and sequin embellishments.
You can also purchase standalone coats to add pizzazz to your existing wardrobe. The designers favour pastel colours, but the cape coats are in darker colours keeping in mind the winter party season.
The sari collection is predominantly muslin and chiffon, with a lot of embroidery, pearl work, sequins and hand painting. For your dream wedding, Koral Klauset also creates bridal looks on order, working with mostly chiffon and zardosi work. Be it ghararas, shararas, lehengas or saris, they have got you covered if you would like to personalise the outfit for your big day.
Shirts cost from Tk. 2000 to Tk. 8000; Party wear kameezes range from Tk. 6000 to Tk. 8000; Bridal outfits start at Tk. 50,000 depending on the complexity of the outfit; saris at Tk. 10,000; the coats and inner combo ranges from Tk. 16,000 to Tk. 18,000.
