NO HEADWAY TO FIND CAUSE IN PROBE
Investigators are yet to trace the cause of the disaster. Rescue works are still underway and probe officers have not been able to inspect the insides of the factory rubble.
“We have collected valuable information. Because of rescue works, we have not been able to see the insides,” said Rana Akbar Haidari, chief of the probe body formed by Titas gas.
He could not give any specific insights into the cause of the incident, but hoped that his committee will be able to complete investigation in time and submit a report.
Apart from Titas authorities, four more probe bodies are working into the incident – formed by home ministry, Gazipur district authorities, industries ministry and fire service.
