A 15-year-old missing boy was found killed on the railway track in Birampur upazila yesterday.

The dead was Obaidul Islam, son of Enamul Haque of Purbapara village.

He went missing on Monday afternoon.

Locals found the slashed body at the southern side of the station in the morning. Police recovered the body and sent it to Dinajpur Medical College Hospital for autopsy.

Shah Alam, sub-inspector of Birampur Police Station, said the boy was killed under train anytime after 9:00pm on Monday.
