Man hacked to death, 2 bodies found
A man was hacked to death in Pabna Sadar upazila while bodies of a woman and a five-year-old boy were recovered from Basail in Tangail and Phulbari in Dinajpur on Monday.
Our Pabna correspondent reports: Locals found the body of Md Shajahan Khan, 45, of Charsadirajpur village, at a brick field and informed police, said Sadar Police Station OC Md Obaidul Haque.
The victim, a sand trader and a local Awami League activist, was hacked to death, the OC said.
Police recovered the body of Anul Begum, 48, wife of Jillur Khan of Patghaguri village in Habla union of Basail upazila, our Tangail correspondent reports.
Anul went missing on Thursday. Informed by locals, police recovered her decomposed body from a water body on Monday.

Body of Miraj Kazim, 5, son of Mahbub Kazi of Paschim Khazapur village in Phulbari, was found on Monday, our Dinajpur correspondent reports.
Miraj's parents said he went missing on Sunday. Seeing the body in a pond, locals informed police.
Assistant Superintendent of Police (Phulbari Circle) Rafiqul Islam said the boy was murdered and Md Momtaz Hossain, 50, of Khazapur, was arrested as a suspect.
