Haluaghat municipality polls today

The first election to newly constituted Haluaghat municipality will be held today.

There are nine wards and 14,427 voters in the municipality.

Six candidates are contesting for the post of mayor, 10 for three reserved seats for women, and 46 for three councillor posts.
